About the Role Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in clinical diagnostics. The Senior Director, Quality will lead the quality organization to ensure regulatory compliance, product quality, and continuous improvement across systems and operations, helping turn ideas into tangible patient impact. What You'll Do
- Lead and evolve the quality function to support product development, manufacture, and service across the organization.
- Drive compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO) and oversee audits and CAPA processes.
- Partner with manufacturing, R&D, operations, and commercial teams to implement Danaher’s Business System and quality metrics.
- Develop quality strategies, governance, and metrics to improve product quality and patient outcomes.
- Manage a high-performing team of quality professionals and the related budget and priorities. What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in quality management within life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FDA QSR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001) and experience coordinating audits.
- Strong strategic thinker with ability to execute and drive cross-functional collaboration.
