About the Role Senior Director, Product Security will lead a cross-cutting, enterprise-wide product security function at Marvell. This executive role defines the product security strategy, communicates risk to leadership, builds partnerships, and influences decisions across a matrixed organization. As the PSIRT and product security leader, you will interface with engineering, product teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders to translate technical risk into business impact and drive decisive action through influence.
What You'll Do
- Define and articulate Marvell’s enterprise Product Security vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap spanning all product lines.
- Establish company-wide product security policies, standards, and governance models, and drive alignment and accountability across organizations.
- Communicate product security risk, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership in business-relevant terms; prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to enable informed risk and investment decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across engineering, product, legal, and operations; partner with teams to embed security-by-design practices through guidance, tooling, and shared accountability.
- Own and lead the enterprise Product Security strategy and governance, acting as a connector to resolve cross-team security issues; partner with engineering, architecture, product management, quality, supply chain, and operations.
- Establish an enterprise product security risk management framework enabling consistent identification, prioritization, and treatment of risk; translate technical vulnerabilities into remediation priorities.
- Lead Product Security Incident Response (PSIRT) activities and serve as the primary interface with executives and stakeholders during security events.
- Drive cross-functional enablement and measurement of security outcomes.

- Ability to translate technical risk into business impact and communicate risk to executive leadership in business terms.
- Proven track record partnering with engineering, product, legal, quality, supply chain, and operations to embed security-by-design practices.
- Experience defining enterprise security strategy, governance models, and multi-year roadmaps; strong risk management framework development.
- Ability to influence decisions in a matrixed organization and drive accountability without direct authority.
