About the Role Senior Director, Oncology Pipeline Commercial Strategy will lead the global commercial strategy for Gilead's early oncology pipeline from preclinical through Phase 2, collaborating with asset teams, R&D, Medical, Value & Access, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to shape a clear value proposition and ensure patient impact. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership to accelerate decision-making and maximize asset value across the product lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic commercial leadership for Gilead's early-stage oncology pipeline, serving as a core member of Asset Teams and shaping global commercial strategy from preclinical development through Phase 2.
- Anchor commercial strategy in disease biology, unmet patient need, and evolving standards of care, ensuring early pipeline programs are positioned to deliver meaningful patient impact.
