About the Role Factorial seeks a Senior Director of Product Design who operates at the level of value creation. This role requires understanding the gap between a usable product and a profitable one and knowing how to close it. Designers will shape product strategy and help decide what to build, not just how to build it.
What You'll Do
- Understand customers' end-to-end processes and frame problems in terms of business impact to guide design decisions.
- Help decide what to build, shaping product strategy rather than only focusing on implementation.
- Lead platform-level design initiatives to connect hiring, payroll, time, and IT into one system with full context and real-time cost visibility.
- Measure success in revenue created and churn prevented, aligning design outcomes with business metrics.
