About the Role
The Senior Director of FP&A provides executive leadership for the enterprise financial planning and analysis function. This role partners with C-suite executives to drive strategic decision-making through advanced financial analysis and insights, leads annual planning processes, and develops long-range financial models.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise FP&A function and strategy
- Partner with C-suite on strategic decisions
- Oversee annual planning and quarterly forecasts
- Drive business performance management
- Lead investor relations support
- Manage complex financial analysis
- Develop long-range planning models
- Support board of directors meetings
- Lead M&A financial analysis
- Build and develop FP&A team
- Implement planning systems and tools
- Drive data-driven decision making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA strongly preferred
- 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- 6+ years of senior management experience
- Expert financial modeling and analysis skills
- Experience with investor relations
- Strong executive presence
- Strategic thinking and vision
- Experience with M&A analysis
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with enterprise planning systems
- Track record of business partnering
