The Senior Director of Device Development and Process Technology is a high-level leadership role responsible for leading engineering teams, managing semiconductor process technologies, and architecting ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) solutions across both internal Renesas fabs and external foundries. Strong device/physics/process technology background is a must. Responsibilities include process specifications, compliance matrix, device characterization, device safe operation limits, escalation resolution associated with tape-out and ramp process tech related blockers.
