Job Description

• Định nghĩa Bộ phận, chức năng của phòng ban | Definition of Department and Function

• Bộ phận Underwriting and New Business là đầu mối quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động thẩm định rủi ro, phát hành hợp đồng bảo hiểm, điều chỉnh hợp đồng bảo hiểm và các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến New Business.

The Underwriting and New Business Department is the focal point for managing all risk underwriting activities, policy issuance, policy adjustments, and other New Business-related operations.

• Bộ phận chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo chất lượng, tính chính xác, tính tuân thủ và thời gian xử lý hồ sơ trong toàn bộ vòng đời xử lý nghiệp vụ.

The Department is responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time throughout the entire operational processing lifecycle.

• Bộ phận phối hợp chặt chẽ với Sales, Product, IT, Operations, Claims, Customer Service và các đơn vị chức năng khác để hỗ trợ tăng trưởng kinh doanh, phát triển sản phẩm mới và nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng.

The Department works closely with Sales, Product, IT, Operations, Claims, Customer Service, and other functional units to support business growth, new product development, and enhanced customer experience.

• Bộ phận đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc chuẩn hóa quy trình, kiểm soát rủi ro vận hành và thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục trong hoạt động nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm.

The Department plays a critical role in standardizing processes, controlling operational risks, and driving continuous improvement in insurance operations.

• Mục tiêu tổng quan vị trí | Position Objective

• Dẫn dắt chiến lược và quản trị toàn diện hoạt động Underwriting and New Business nhằm đảm bảo cân bằng giữa tăng trưởng kinh doanh, kiểm soát rủi ro và chất lượng dịch vụ.

To lead the strategy and overall governance of Underwriting and New Business activities, ensuring a balance between business growth, risk control, and service quality.

• Xây dựng và triển khai các định hướng, kế hoạch và ưu tiên vận hành cho bộ phận theo mục tiêu kinh doanh và chiến lược phát triển của công ty.

To develop and execute the Department’s directions, plans, and operational priorities in alignment with the company’s business objectives and growth strategy.

• Đảm bảo các quy trình thẩm định, phát hành hợp đồng và xử lý nghiệp vụ được vận hành hiệu quả, nhất quán, tuân thủ và có khả năng mở rộng.

To ensure underwriting, policy issuance, and operational processes are run efficiently, consistently, in compliance, and with scalability.

• Phát triển năng lực đội ngũ, xây dựng môi trường làm việc hiệu quả và tạo nền tảng kế thừa cho bộ phận trong dài hạn.

To develop team capability, build an effective working environment, and establish a long-term succession foundation for the Department.
