About the Role The Senior Director of Global Connectivity is responsible for defining and executing a unified, global connectivity strategy across PVH's retail landscape, including stores, distribution centers, offices, data centers and digital platforms. This role ensures always-on, secure, high-performance connectivity for thousands of locations, where network availability directly impacts revenue and operations. It requires leading standardization and globalization efforts, collaborating across Security, Retail Infrastructure, and Digital Workplace, and guiding the PVH Global Connectivity Engineering team. What You'll Do
- Define and lead a global connectivity strategy tailored to retail environments
- Standardize network architecture across Stores (POS, self-checkout, IoT devices), Distribution centers (WMS, WCS, and automation systems), Corporate offices, and Cloud environments
- Drive a “one-network” global model, reducing regional variation while allowing necessary local flexibility
- Design resilient solutions including Dual WAN / SDWAN redundancy and 4G/5G/LEO failover for stores
- Partner with Retail Infrastructure to ensure seamless integration of POS, payment systems, and in-store technologies
- Define secure-by-design network architecture; leverage SASE integration with SDWAN; oversee firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco), IPS, URL filtering, NAC and ADC lifecycle
- Oversee public cloud integration with enterprise focusing on AWS and hybrid cloud environments; drive Zero Trust strategy
- Enable next-generation retail connectivity (IoT, AI-driven analytics, mobile POS, frictionless checkout)
- Drive adoption of SD-WAN / SASE; full-stack network automation and observability
- Manage DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox), Public DNS & Domains, Akamai GTM/Geo; lead automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Git
- Implement observability and SRE frameworks; manage ADC, certificate lifecycle; ITIL framework improvements
- Lead a team of engineers and architects; supervise large/complex project teams; manage budgets and budgeting processes What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of proven experience driving a customer-centric engineering practice across a variety of technologies
- Track record of value-adding change, transforming environments, and building trusting relationships between business and technology
- Ability to talk tech and help the business understand and align on technology decisions
- Polished, empathetic support leader motivated to change technology for constituents
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required Nice to Have
- Leadership of engineering teams today with experience in team optimization and modernization
- Strong technical background with a bridge to the business and success in both domains Education
