Microsoft seeks a Senior Director to lead Events Technology & Operations, overseeing the strategy, delivery, and execution of events globally, from planning to post-event operations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and innovative event experiences. What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and governance of events technology and operations, including platforms, data, security, and reliability.
- Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and program roadmaps across enterprise events.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, legal, security, and product teams to deliver high-impact events.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team and drive process improvements. What We're Looking For
- 12+ years in events technology, operations, program management or related, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale events globally.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
- Deep knowledge of event platforms, registration systems, streaming, AV, security/compliance. Compensation & Benefits
