About the Role Instacart seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Delivery and Growth to lead enterprise delivery initiatives and growth across strategic accounts. This role will partner with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment to scale delivery capabilities and drive customer value. What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise delivery strategy and growth initiatives across key accounts.
- Partner with sales, product, and operations to design scalable delivery processes.

- Proven experience leading enterprise delivery or growth in a fast-paced technology or marketplace environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have
- Experience in hybrid work environments and scaling operations for large customers.
