Senior Director, Commercial Sales & Operations, Brand Outsourcing & HCP Engagement

About the Role The Senior Director, Commercial Sales & Operations, Brand Outsourcing & HCP Engagement will lead IQVIA's international commercial sales operations for a diverse client portfolio. You will translate client strategies into actionable operational plans, drive governance and performance across geographies, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and operational excellence. What You'll Do

• Lead Commercial Sales Operations across a portfolio of international client accounts, ensuring effective and consistent delivery through International Project Directors and their teams.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients through governance meetings, performance reviews, business discussions, and escalation management.
• Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, positioning IQVIA as a strategic partner.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts in partnership with Business Development, Global Account Directors, Finance, and delivery teams.
• Ensure project teams translate client strategies into actionable operational plans, clear deliverables, and measurable sales and activity KPIs.
• Provide clear leadership, direction, and performance expectations for International Project Directors, International Project Managers, field leaders, and supporting operational teams.
• Ensure delivery of projects in accordance with sales targets, operational milestones, financial commitments, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor portfolio performance, risk management, financial performance, and strategic alignment.
• Leverage performance data, CRM reporting, client feedback, and governance outputs to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure teams operate with strong commercial discipline, compliant ways of working, and appropriate legal and governance standards.
• Act as a strong leader, coach, and mentor to International Project Directors and senior operational leaders, fostering accountability, capability-building, and development. What We're Looking For
• Senior leadership experience in Commercial Sales Operations across international client accounts, with a track record of governance and delivery.
• Ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships and position IQVIA as a strategic partner.
• Experience translating client strategies into actionable operational plans with measurable KPIs.
• Strong people leadership skills and experience coaching and mentoring senior operational leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with capability to leverage CRM reporting and governance outputs to drive improvement.
