As a Senior Dialler Manager, you will oversee the management, strategy, and optimization of the dialler system to ensure efficient and effective campaign performance. The primary goal of the Senior Dialler Manager is to maximize agent productivity and campaign performance through effective dialler management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimization.
If you have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Strong experience managing dialler systems such as Genesis or similar platforms within a high-volume outbound environment.

Strong understanding of outbound call centre operations, dialling strategies, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Experience analysing campaign and dialler performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity and results.

Proven experience leading dialler operations and driving continuous improvement.
