Job Description Eravolve LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of its entire infrastructure, driving reliability, security, and scalability for millions of users. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing robust infrastructure on AWS/GCP, leading DevOps strategy, and mentoring junior engineers. You will be responsible for advanced CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive observability, and ensuring stringent security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture: Design scalable, secure, highly available infrastructure on AWS/GCP
• Leadership: Lead DevOps strategy, mentor junior engineers, enforce best practices
• Kubernetes at Scale: Production-grade K8s clusters, Helm, autoscaling, service mesh
• IaC & Automation: Own Terraform codebase, automate everything - zero manual deployments
• CI/CD Ownership: Build advanced GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD / GitHub Actions) with automated testing, blue-green / canary deployments
• Observability: Build full monitoring stack - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, PagerDuty, SLA/SLO
• Security & Compliance: IAM hardening, secrets (Vault), WAF, vulnerability scanning, SOC2 prep
• Cost & Performance: Optimize cloud spend by 30%+, tune DBs, CDN, caching (Redis, CloudFront)
• Disaster Recovery: Backups, failover, business continuity plans - 99.9% uptime target
• On-call Lead: Lead incident response, post-mortems, reduce MTTR

Qualifications

• 5+ years DevOps / SRE experience, 2+ years managing production K8s
• Expert in AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation) - AWS Certified is mandatory
• Terraform expert, Ansible, Docker expert
• Strong Linux, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Load Balancers)
• Scripting: Bash + Python/Go
• Proven experience scaling system to 1M+ users / high traffic
• GitOps, microservices architecture
