What you'll do

Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation

Manage Docker-based deployments and infrastructure-as-code

Improve observability: logging, metrics and alerting

Harden systems and lead incident response

Optimize cost, performance and reliability

What we're looking for
-
4+ years in DevOps / infrastructure roles
-
Strong with Docker, Linux and CI/CD tooling
-
Experience with cloud providers and IaC (Terraform/Ansible)
-
Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python)
-
On-call and incident-management experience

Nice to have
-
Kubernetes experience
-
Security hardening and compliance background
-
Experience running fintech infrastructure
