Your Role

• You are responsible for Reliability Engineering and Technical Risk Management for complex processes and machinery within a highly innovative research and development environment.
• Leveraging your expertise as a developer/system engineer, you proactively contribute to sustainable project success by applying appropriate Design for Reliability concepts and your knowledge of process assurance.
• Together with our international customers and suppliers, you define and coordinate activities to ensure the required level of reliability.
• You actively manage the various interfaces and reduce risk through effective networking and collaboration across teams and functions.
• You support our interdisciplinary teams in root cause analysis in cases of customer complaints or field incidents, assess their impact on reliability, and develop and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• You have several years of professional experience as a development or systems engineer in an international high-tech research and development environment.
• You have in-depth methodological expertise in Reliability Engineering or process development, Six Sigma, FMEA, and statistical methods.
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of Physics of Failure (e.g., failure mechanisms or degradation effects) and their modeling.
• You are well organized and communicate confidently in both German and English, enabling you to collaborate effectively across different interfaces and present your results clearly and convincingly.
• You are enthusiastic about working in an interdisciplinary role that offers ample scope for personal initiative.
