Job title: Senior Developer – Blue Yonder (BY) WMS

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) Developer to enhance and maintain BY WMS, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with onshore teams and stakeholders and on-site work in Hyderabad for 4 days a week, aligned with US EST time zone.

What You'll Do

• Backlog Management: Analyze, prioritize, and address items in the BY WMS backlog ensuring timely resolution.
• System Development & Configuration: Design, develop, and implement custom BY WMS solutions using MOCA, Page Builder, and BY Integrator.
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between BY WMS and ERP, TMS, OMS using APIs and middleware.
• Reporting & Labeling: Create/modify reports using Jasper Reports; design labels with NiceLabel or BY Label Designer.
• Testing & Deployment: Unit testing, support UAT, oversee deployment of features and fixes.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, SOPs.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2/3 support for WMS issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with BY WMS features and best practices; propose enhancements.
• Quality Assurance: Implement QA processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between offshore/onshore teams; maintain transparency on status, risks.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical/operational challenges.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with stakeholders and provide updates.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS development experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MOCA, Page Builder, BY Integrator; strong SQL; API development/integration; Jasper Reports; label design software (e.g., NiceLabel, BY Label Designer).
• Other: Understanding of warehouse operations and related systems; problem-solving abilities; cultural awareness for working across time zones.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Labor Management or Yard Management BY modules.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of other WMS platforms or supply chain systems.
• Certifications related to Blue Yonder or supply chain management.
