About this role
The Senior Developer & Automation Specialist builds the backend integrations, automation workflows, and AI-powered tools that run our internal operations and unlock client automation work. Full-time contractor role, remote-friendly.

55 to 75 per hour

What you'll do

Develop services in Go and Python that integrate with HaloPSA, Microsoft Graph, and vendor APIs

Build and maintain n8n / Rewst automation workflows

Contribute to AI/LLM-powered projects (chat agents, document processing, custom GPTs)

Maintain CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and documentation

Pair with Project Services on client-facing automation builds

What we're looking for

5+ years backend development with Go or Python (or comparable)

Strong REST API and webhook experience

Experience with at least one orchestration platform (n8n, Rewst, Zapier, Power Automate)

Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
