About the Role The Senior Designer will develop conceptually driven ideas that meet client and Mindgruve business objectives while maintaining the highest levels of craft and professionalism. They will use design to elevate work and persuade consumers to act, and will be a natural storyteller who can guide other designers as they tackle client problems.
What You'll Do
- Develop conceptually driven design ideas that meet client and business objectives while maintaining high levels of craft
- Elevate work through design to persuade the consumer to act
- Tell visual stories and act as a natural storyteller
- Guide and mentor other designers as they tackle client problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with brands across a variety of industries
- Deliver high-quality design work that aligns with goals and objectives
What We're Looking For
- Strong conceptual design skills and craft
- Ability to tell stories through design and persuade audiences
- Experience guiding or mentoring other designers
- Collaborative mindset with client-facing comfort
- Ability to work across diverse industries and manage multiple priorities
- Bonus points if bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
