Senior Designer, Design Systems
We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our Design Systems team. You'll help shape the design language behind our streaming platform on web, mobile, and TV. You'll work with design, engineering, and product to build clear, reusable UI foundations. These foundations help our teams ship faster and keep quality high. This role is a great fit for a designer who thinks in systems and loves the details. You'll lead work that others build on. You'll report to the VP of Design Systems and join a team that cares about quality at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and document a design system for web, iOS, Android, and TV.
- Design reusable components, patterns, and tokens that are clear and easy to use.
- Team up with front-end engineers to ship components that work well in Storybook.
- Set up clear rules so product teams can grow the system the right way.
- Review the product for design gaps and lead fixes across the suite.
- Write living docs, including how-to guides, do and don't examples, and specs.
- Own accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) across the whole component library.
