About the Role
As the Senior Design Lead, you will be at the heart of the Brand Creative Studio, guiding the digital design direction across ecommerce, CRM, social and paid media. You’ll lead world-class digital craft, mentor designers, and ensure the brand platform informs every consumer experience globally.
What You'll Do
- Deliver world-class digital craft across all channels (ecommerce, CRM, social, paid, retail digital and partners), with strong attention to detail, responsiveness and polish.
- Lead and shape digital art direction—translating creative vision into clear design intent while actively exploring and elevating executions.
- Design intuitive, user-centred experiences in partnership with Ecommerce and UX, balancing brand expression with usability and performance.
- Build and evolve scalable digital systems, templates and toolkits that improve quality and enable global consistency.
- Lead by example—mentoring designers, contributing hands-on, iterating based on performance, and setting a high creative standard through craft and collaboration.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibility—guiding other designers, shaping digital direction, and guiding how the brand shows up digitally at scale, globally.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional digital design craft across responsive, mobile-first, motion and interactive formats.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong prototyping capability.
- Strong art direction instincts, with expertise in layout, typography, hierarchy, rhythm and storytelling.
- Deep understanding of brand systems and how digital design contributes to building brand equity.
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with growing leadership responsibility.
- Collaborative mindset, working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Editorial and Product teams.
