At Yubico, we are guided by a shared belief that your work matters. We operate under a cultural philosophy of Speed with Integrity, pushing the boundaries of technology to secure the AI frontier—protecting both human and agentic AI interactions—and leading the transition to post-quantum cryptography. In everything we do, we live by our core values:

  • Battle Friction: We constantly look for new ways to simplify our products, our work, and the user experience.

  • Inspire Higher: We think big, champion the open internet, and strive to do the right thing even when it is difficult.

Aligned with our commitment to open standards, we foster a thriving builder ecosystem through the Yubico Developer Program, offering free open-source repositories, libraries, and SDKs to help developers rapidly integrate strong hardware authentication into any application. Through close collaborations with technical partners like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, as well as newer frontiers like OpenAI, we continue to shape a safer digital world while donating security keys to protect vulnerable communities, journalists, and humanitarian groups worldwide through our Secure it Forward program.

About the Role

As Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and performance of integrated campaigning across Europe. You will translate global messaging and regional business goals into locally relevant programs that build pipelines and accelerate revenue in partnership with Sales, Channel, and Product Marketing. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who thrives in a multi-country, multilingual environment and can balance strategic thinking with detail-oriented tactical execution.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Regional campaign strategy. Develop and own integrated campaign plans aligned to global themes, target industry verticals, regional revenue targets, and priority segments and countries.

  • Localisation. Adapt global campaigns and content to local market needs, compliance regulation (e.g., NIS2, DORA, GDPR), languages, and buying behavior.

  • Planning and budget. Manage the regional campaign calendar and budget (multi-million), allocating spend across channels to maximize pipeline ROI.

  • Multi-channel programs. Lead end-to-end planning and oversight across email, paid digital, ABM, and partner co-marketing.

Sales & Channel Alignment

  • Sales partnership. Work closely with regional Sales leadership, SDRs, and account teams to align campaigns to target accounts and pipeline goals.

  • Partner enablement. Support distributors, resellers, and technology partners with co-branded campaign materials.

  • Cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Paid Digital Media, Web, Field Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging, smooth delivery, and accurate performance measurement.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Performance reporting. Track and report on engagement, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generation; present insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Continuous improvement. Run A/B tests, analyze results, and apply learnings to improve conversion and efficiency across the funnel.

Basic Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in campaigns or demand generation management, ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise technology.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns in global markets.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, budgets, and stakeholders.

  • Experience working with regional Sales and Channel teams in a matrixed, multi-country environment.

  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Fluency in one or more additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Swedish, Spanish, Italian).

  • Experience with ABM platforms and intent data tools.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance and regulatory drivers in Europe.

  • Experience with partner and channel marketing in a two-tier distribution model.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
