Job title: Senior Delivery Manager, Enterprise Delivery Office
About the Role The Senior Delivery Manager, Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) supports Director-level leadership in end-to-end project management within the EDO, including capital markets initiatives. This role is accountable for day-to-day project execution, cross-workstream coordination, risk and issue management, and delivery governance. You will partner with business, technology, risk, finance, operations, compliance, and external vendors to deliver programs within scope, timeline, and budget while maturing delivery practices.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day planning and execution of project initiatives, ensuring alignment to approved objectives, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Work closely with capital markets business stakeholders, technology, risk, finance, operations, compliance, and delivery partners to manage expectations, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams, translating business objectives and operating model needs into executable plans through implementation and transition to BAU.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues with clear mitigation strategies and recommendations for decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely status reporting for Director and VP-level forums, including financials, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Support delivery within Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards and practices.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend; support cost control, resource planning, and business case inputs for capital markets business initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise Delivery Frameworks, technology standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations, with consideration for capital markets controls, trade lifecycle impacts, and business readiness requirements.
- Support scope, schedule, and priority changes by analyzing impacts and facilitating informed trade-off decisions.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to project managers and analysts; contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
- Understand and apply the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day decision-making and delivery activities.
