A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Data Steward within our Field Service Automation team, your day centers on safeguarding master data integrity across core enterprise platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and field service operations teams to define data ownership, establish governance policies, and remediate data quality anomalies. Working at the intersection of technology and operations, you will manage the alignment and synchronization of critical master data between PLM360 and SAP S/4HANA. By delivering automated data workflows and providing expert guidance, your work directly ensures that downstream field service execution remains seamless, consistent, and optimized.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards for field service master data across enterprise platforms.
- Manage the alignment and synchronization of master data between PLM360, SAP S/4HANA, and downstream applications.
- Monitor data quality dashboards, identify anomalies, and lead remediation efforts to ensure high data integrity.
- Support digital transformation teams in implementing automated data workflows and evaluating system enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance to field service operations and engineering teams on data standards and best practices.
- Develop training materials and documentation to promote data literacy and self-service compliance across the organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data stewardship, master data management, or business systems analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and PLM systems, with a preference for Autodesk PLM360.
- Proven expertise in data governance frameworks, master data quality profiling, and enterprise system integration.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
- Relevant certifications, such as CDMP or SAP Certified Application Associate (SAP S/4HANA), are a plus.
About the Team
Our Gas Services team offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
