About the Role As a Senior Data Center Technician (DCT), you will demonstrate expertise in standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment, as well as a holistic understanding of the functions of, and interactions between, network and systems within Microsoft data centers. What You'll Do
- Prepare, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, and/or decommission data center equipment.
- Maintain a holistic understanding of how network components interact with data center systems to ensure reliable operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on-site hardware deployment and maintenance. What We're Looking For
- Experience with data center hardware installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow standard processes and procedures for equipment handling and maintenance.
- Strong collaboration and on-site work readiness in a fully on-site environment.
