About the Role Microsoft Senior Data Center Technician (DCT) - Evening will apply expertise in standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning data center equipment. The role requires a holistic understanding of data center functions to support reliable infrastructure and uptime. This is an on-site, evening-shift position based in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. What You'll Do
- Prepare, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, replace, and/or decommission data center equipment.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure safety, compliance, and reliability of data center operations.
- Maintain awareness of the functions of data center infrastructure to support ongoing uptime and service quality.
- Collaborate with team members for equipment lifecycle management and incident response. What We're Looking For
- Experience in data center environments and hands-on hardware installation and maintenance.
- Ability to work Evening shift on-site in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.
- Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures in data centers.
