- Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and grow a team of high-performing analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and business curiosity.
- Advanced Behavioral Analytics: Perform deep-dive analysis on web traffic, email, and app engagement to measure program efficacy, including LTV (Lifetime Value) modeling, retention cohorts, and complex A/B/n testing.
- Agentic BI & Automation: Prototype and deploy AI agents to automate routine diagnostic tasks, such as anomaly detection in programmatic bid-streams or automated performance narratives, reducing manual reporting overhead.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Agile Engineering and Data Platforms teams to optimize data schemas, ensuring data integrity and flexible solutions for evolving analytic needs.
Requirements
-
Experience: 7+ years in a hands-on analytical role with a track record of solving complex business problems. 4+ years of direct management experience.

Communication: Proven ability to translate technical data into plain English for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
-
SQL Mastery (5+ years): Expert-level ability to write complex, performant queries for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
-
BI Visualization (4+ years): Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or similar tools like Power BI/Looker), focusing on UX/UI best practices for executive dashboards.
-
Web Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
-
Data Literacy: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (complex modeling, Power Query) and a deep understanding of modern data warehousing concepts.
-
Strategic Mindset: Excellent business acumen and product sense; ability to prioritize a roadmap based on ROI and business impact.
-
Note: Compensation varies based on background and experience, with recruitment expectations in the mid $100ks depending on skills and qualifications.
-
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package to support health and well-being, including health insurance options (medical, dental, vision), flexible spending accounts, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life and AD&D, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, Employee Assistance Program, well-being coaching, and voluntary benefits such as home, auto, and pet insurance, plus discounted legal and financial services.
