Role overview

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Data Analyst for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Latin America. Our client is a global employment and recruiting platform. The successful candidate will support reporting and data infrastructure across the revenue organization, ensuring data reliability, accessibility, and reporting accuracy. The role focuses on BI dashboards, business metrics, data analysis, reporting automation, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of reporting accuracy and data quality.
• Experience supporting datasets, reporting tools, and business metrics.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.
• Availability to work during U.S. hours, with core hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Ensure reporting accuracy, reliability, and data quality.

• Support reporting tools, datasets, and business metrics.

• Troubleshoot reporting issues and respond to ad hoc data requests.

• Provide analytical and technical support to the revenue team.

• Improve the accessibility and reliability of reporting and data infrastructure.

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and automation processes.
