Shine – Senior Data Analyst

The CPA Tribe Analytics team at Shine

We support the CPA products with data analytics. Our partners are the Product org and the country Business Units. We are three analysts and we are growing. This is a new position.

Your role as a Senior Data Analyst

You report to the Head of Data Analytics. Your main stakeholder is the French Business Unit, a sales-heavy B2B organisation. Two things make this role challenging:

Our data lives in different systems: CRM, data warehouse, product data. Bringing it together is part of the job.

The French BU is a B2B business inside an overall B2C-minded company. You will work between both worlds.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating one consistent view across CRM, data warehouse and product data.

Building lead scoring, pipeline analytics and other sales analytics solutions that the French BU uses weekly.

You take ownership of the analytics for the French BU leadership and bring them decision-ready insight.

Supporting the Product org and the country Business Units with analytics for the CPA/Advisor products.

📍Job located in France, Paris with possibility of two remote working days per week

About you

You have 5+ yrs hands-on analytics experience, including in a B2B setting. SaaS and/or CPA background is a strong preference.

You have done advanced analytics in a sales organisation, for example lead scoring or pipeline analytics.

You have brought data from different systems together (CRM, data warehouse, product data) and got teams to agree on it.

You have driven data-driven decision making, working directly with senior leadership.

You work with SQL, dbt, Omni and Python. Salesforce or a similar CRM is familiar to you.

You are fluent in French and English (C1).

3️⃣ Case Study Presentation including a technical SQL challenge (75’): Evaluation of your methodology, problem-structuring, and impact mindset.
