About the Role Senior Data Analyst – Flying Blue will transform customer and commercial data into actionable insights to guide strategic and operational decisions. You will work closely with product, marketing, finance and partnerships teams to support initiatives shaping the loyalty program's evolution. This role emphasizes advanced analytics beyond reporting, including scenario modeling and communicating insights to diverse audiences. What You'll Do
- Analyze large-scale customer and transactional datasets to understand behaviors, trends and performance.
- Develop forecasts and models to support business decisions and long-term strategy.
- Create dashboards and analytical reports for product and commercial teams.
- Contribute to scenario analyses to assess impact of potential loyalty program changes.
- Advise stakeholders on KPIs and data opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, finance and product teams.
- Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance data analysis and knowledge generation. What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Science or related field (Bac+5).
- Minimum 3 years' experience handling large data volumes and conducting statistical analyses.
- Experience in programming and data analysis (SQL, Python, R or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at C1 level.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable information for decision-making.
- Ability to present complex analyses in a clear, structured, and accessible way.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in data-related topics.
