Role Overview

This organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead critical initiatives within data management and analytics. The successful candidate will facilitate collaborative meetings with business partners to define and document technical requirements, supporting development teams in delivering robust data solutions. This position plays an essential role in maintaining metadata registries, establishing data governance protocols, and designing rigorous data quality validation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with business partners and technical teams to identify and document data requirements.

• Perform comprehensive requirements mapping and compile technical documentation to support engineering teams.

• Execute metadata registration and participate actively in data governance framework implementation.

• Configure data quality validation rules and perform thorough testing to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Coordinate end-to-end ETL pipeline testing across multiple systems and validate processing results.

• Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and analytical reporting tools.

• Translate complex data structures into actionable insights for diverse business stakeholders.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.

• Experience: Extensive experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation within complex data environments.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL is required, along with proven expertise in building business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions.
