About this role

About the Role Senior Data Analyst, Ethics and Compliance will develop dashboards and analytics to provide clear visibility into Ethics & Compliance metrics, trends, and risks, integrate data across datasets, and support investigations and decision-making. You will enable data-driven investigations, build scalable data pipelines, and partner with Legal, HR, Audit, Risk, and IT to deliver actionable insights. What You'll Do

  • Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for Ethics & Compliance metrics, trends, and risks (e.g., investigations, hotline, third-party risk, training).
  • Integrate and analyze data across multiple Ethics & Compliance datasets to create a unified view for decision-making.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify anomalies, patterns, and indicators of misconduct or non-compliance.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines, data models, and automation to improve scalability, timeliness, and reliability of compliance data.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Audit, Risk, IT) to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Enable data-driven investigations by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data.
  • Lead evolution of analytics for the Ethics & Compliance organization, including predictive analytics and forward-looking risk indicators.
  • Support the Strategy & Governance analyst in translating complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for leadership. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Advanced technical skills in SQL and data querying; data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Databricks and programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience working with multiple, complex datasets and integrating them into cohesive reporting solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, anomalies, and hidden risks.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Curious and adaptable with interest in advancing into predictive and advanced analytics.
  • Ability to build dashboards and tell a compelling data story to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in Ethics & Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Legal environment and familiarity with compliance-related data (e.g., hotline reports, investigations, risk management, policy adherence) is a plus. Nice to Have
