Senior Cybersecurity Technical Coordinator

About the Role

Senior Cybersecurity Technical Coordinator responsible for leading and coordinating the technical activities within the Protect area, ensuring the delivery of cybersecurity services focused on prevention and protection of client assets. Acts as liaison between technical teams, service owners, and clients, ensuring alignment between security strategy, operational processes, and business objectives. Coordinates and supervises the technical activities of the Protect area to guarantee quality, efficiency, and consistency in managed services. What You'll Do

• Act as a reference point for operational teams, facilitating communication and incident resolution across levels.

• Collaborate closely with other cybersecurity domains (Detect, Respond, Recover, Identify) to ensure an integrated view of protection.

• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and best practices within the area.

• Participate in planning and prioritization of projects, ensuring proper resource allocation and timely delivery.

• Conduct meetings with clients or key interlocutors when necessary.

• Contribute to the professional development of the team, promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge transfer.

• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improvement in services under their scope. What We're Looking For

• English level B2 or higher.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

• Cybersecurity certifications, primarily CISM, CISSP (valued).

• Additionally, experience integrating cybersecurity solutions for large-scale clients and collaborating with business units to add value to proposals. Nice to Have

• Experience with integration of cybersecurity solutions in large-scale client environments.
