Overview
Join our team as a Senior Cyber Policy Analyst and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by researching, drafting, and coordinating policy on cybersecurity and digital forensics. You will manage complex policy projects and represent the organization's equities with stakeholders, ensure its policies stay current and aligned with DoD and national direction.

Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Linthicum Heights, MD. Travel: about 10–15 local DC-area and 3–5 CONUS trips per year supporting exercises; no overseas travel.
Responsibilities

Research and analyze policy issues using government reports, data, and stakeholder input

Draft policy proposals, recommendations, and briefing materials

Manage policy projects end to end: plans, timelines, dependencies

Track and respond to taskers across classified and unclassified channels
-
Support strategic planning and cyber exercise planning

Present proposals and build consensus with DoD, Federal, academic, and industry partners
Qualifications
Required:
-
Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship
-
Experience developing or managing policy for the Department of the Air Force or DoD in forensics, cybersecurity, or cyber threat analysis

Applied knowledge of policies affecting cybersecurity, forensics, cyber training, and system development

Familiarity with National Cyber Intelligence programs

Knowledge of DoD and U.S. Intelligence Community resource-planning policy

Strong analytical skills and clear written and oral communication at all levels
Desired:

Drafting DoD issuances or Air Force instructions

Tasker management in ETMS2
-
Cyber exercise planning and after-action reports
