Job Summary
- We are seeking a business-oriented and result-driven senior credit and marketing officer to oversee the company’s ongoing marketing operation.
- The candidate will play a crucial role in attracting loans and deposits from prospects, enhancing efficiency, and implementing operational excellence across the business development departments.
- The candidate must be currently working on the island within a financial institution with strong experience in marketing.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.

Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations.

Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.).

Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts.

Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development.

Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Work closely with the team lead to develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, finance, or a related course.

5 - 10 years of experience.

CIBN certification is an added advantage

An MBA or master’s degree within this field is an added advantage.

Experience working with a commercial bank or any financial services.

Experience working in a banking sector is required.

Proven track records of scaling organizations and leading cross-functional teams.

Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, marketing, and performance management.

Excellent marketing, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

The candidate must have a good understanding of financial regulations, lending, blockchain, digital payment, or related sectors.
Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 monthly.
