Job Title: Senior Credit & Marketing Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a business-oriented and result-driven senior credit and marketing officer to oversee the company’s ongoing marketing operation.
• The candidate will play a crucial role in attracting loans and deposits from prospects, enhancing efficiency, and implementing operational excellence across the business development departments.
• The candidate must be currently working on the island within a financial institution with strong experience in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.

• Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations.

• Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.).

• Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts.

• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development.

• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

• Work closely with the team lead to develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives

• Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related course.

• 5 - 10 years of experience.

• CIBN certification is an added advantage

• An MBA or master’s degree within this field is an added advantage.

• Experience working with a commercial bank or any financial services.

• Experience working in a banking sector is required.

• Proven track records of scaling organizations and leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, marketing, and performance management.

• Excellent marketing, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• The candidate must have a good understanding of financial regulations, lending, blockchain, digital payment, or related sectors.

Salary

• N400,000 - N600,000 monthly.
