This is an exciting opportunity for an Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join a well established and every-growing consultancy in Dubai, working as part of their dynamic cost and commercial teams.
The ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Essential)
- A minimum of 10 years’ industry experience post-graduation (Essential)
- At least 5 years’ experience working in infrastructure of a large development projects.
- MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route (Essential)
- Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country
- Longevity in previous and current roles — a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)
