About the Role Senior Cost Manager within Accenture's Infrastructure & Capital Projects team, focusing on ANS Communications, Media & Technology - Soben - Data Center. You'll develop cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports to support timely and cost-effective project delivery. This onsite role partners with clients and project teams to deliver results. What You'll Do
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
- Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options.
- Identify risks, support risk registers, and contribute to pre-contract and procurement processes.
- Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and capture key actions.
- Assist with lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cost reports, and development appraisals.
- Contribute to project templates, draft qualification questionnaires, and take on additional duties as required. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5 years minimum cost management experience
- MRICS or on the path to chartership (preferred)
- Proficient in CostX to produce estimates and bills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of pre- and post-contract tasks to meet KPI and deliver client success Nice to Have

- Salary range: USD 130,000 - 150,000 per year
- Location: Cheyenne, WY; onsite with clients; some in-person time; Accenture emphasizes flexibility to support work/life needs You are trained on data up to October 2023.
