Role Overview

This employer is seeking a high-performing, full life cycle Senior Corporate Recruiter to manage talent acquisition across a high-growth software and SaaS organization. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market, Engineering, General & Administrative, and select internal business functions. This role requires partnering closely with executive hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent across diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting processes including intake strategy sessions, job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.

• Own requisitions across Go-To-Market functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, alongside Engineering, Product, and Corporate G&A positions.

• Manage and execute regional recruitment strategies across the Americas, ensuring alignment with market norms and talent pools in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and hiring managers, providing market intelligence, pipeline transparency, and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.

• Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate journey that reflects the corporate brand, values, and workplace culture.

• Leverage direct sourcing techniques, modern outbound tools, talent networks, and referral channels to build diverse candidate pipelines for critical roles.

• Maintain strict data hygiene within the Applicant Tracking System to track recruitment metrics, analyze pipeline health, and inform talent strategy.

• Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience, with a proven background recruiting in-house at a software, SaaS, or technology organization.

• Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and tech-driven candidate engagement strategies, alongside experience managing candidate pipelines within modern Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Functional Expertise: Demonstrated track record of hiring Go-To-Market roles, such as Enterprise Account Executives, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, in addition to recruiting across Engineering, Technical, and G&A functions.

• Geographic Alignment: Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, with the requirement to be based in the Eastern Time Zone to align with regional team members and leadership.
