At Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP, our people are our greatest asset. We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our Corporate and Securities practice group and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
In this role, you will, under minimal supervision, assist lawyers and clients with a variety of high-level corporate and transactional paralelegal duties. You will also maintain positive contact with clients, observe confidentiality, and oversee corporate maintenance for a large number of clients across many industries.
What You’ll Do
- Support public and private company securities compliance matters, including beneficial ownership tables, EDGAR Next management for individual filers, Section 16 and Schedule 13 reporting, and Rule 13H filings.
