Hybrid role based out of Sandy Springs. Own forecasting, planning, and financial analysis while developing Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel solutions, including pivot table calculated fields and INDEX/MATCH, to support strategic decisions.
Job Purpose:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance reporting, while developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, financial models, and automated reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Job Responsibilities:
● Extract and analyze financial, economic and operational data to support activity-based modeling and profitability pro formas for domestic customers. Provide insights and recommendations to business leaders on restructuring existing business as well as future business opportunities. ● Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. ● Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess business performance and evaluate investment opportunities. ● Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. ● Prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to gather data, perform analysis, and drive actionable insights. ● Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement. ● Lead planning and forecasting processes for areas of responsibility; responsible for inputting and validating inputs into the Hyperion Planning application.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role. ● Strong proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and data analytics tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot table calculated fields, INDEX/MATCH, complex formulas, and data manipulation), Power BI dashboard development, PowerPoint, Tableau, and ERP systems.
● Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel reporting tools to provide business leaders with actionable financial and operational insights. ● Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. ● Experience working in a collaborative team environment, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.

## ● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
## ● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
## ● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
