Senior Corporate Accounting Analyst

About the Role The Senior Corporate Accounting Analyst is a key member of Marvell's Corporate Accounting team. This role leads the monthly worldwide close and consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of global financial reporting under US GAAP, and provides technical accounting guidance across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the monthly corporate worldwide financial close activities, including technical accounting entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries for significant higher-risk accounts and assess technical accounting issues for proper treatment in global financial statements (e.g., Debt and Equity)
• Ensure worldwide consolidations are prepared accurately and timely; prepare financial reporting information for monthly results reviews with the CFO and CEO
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal on accounting matters; ensure compliance with SOX-related internal controls
• Prepare various financial analyses; support external auditors; identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes
• Assist in complex ad hoc accounting matters

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields; 3-5 years of related professional experience; CPA preferred
• 2-3 years of experience or equivalent in lieu of a formal degree; 2+ years Big 4 public accounting preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A strong team player with excellent oral and written communication; attention to detail and ownership
• Ability to be proactive, collaborative, and adaptable; strong organizational skills
• Semiconductor industry experience a plus; knowledge of US GAAP and SOX

Nice to Have

• CPA preferred; Big 4 public accounting background
• Experience with complex accounting matters and consolidations

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 100,570 - 150,700 per year
