- Advising clients across the end-to-end claims lifecycle, including pre-claim and FNOL, coverage and liability assessment, reserving, damage assessment, supplier steering, fraud, litigation, recovery and subrogation, settlement, payment and closure
- Translating claims pain points into measurable outcomes such as loss ratio, claims leakage, ULAE/ALAE, cycle time, straight-through processing, customer experience and operational resilience
- Designing future-state claims processes, operating models and functional solutions, balancing automation with expert judgement, exceptions and human oversight
- Shaping and prioritising AI-enabled claims use cases, including intelligent intake and document processing, triage, fraud detection, damage assessment, reserving, handler copilots, decision support, settlement benchmarking and recovery identification
- Working with data, AI, architecture, cloud and core-platform teams to turn business concepts into scalable, integrated and production-ready solutions

- Owning the quality, scope, risks, economics and delivery of assigned engagements or workstreams; coordinating multidisciplinary and cross-border teams
- Contributing to proposals, pursuits, client relationships, reusable assets and market-facing viewpoints for Claims Transformation and AI in Insurance
- Mentoring consultants and building claims, consulting and AI fluency across the team
Apply if you have:
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including substantial experience in insurance and claims transformation, consulting, technology-enabled change or insurance operations
- Deep practical knowledge of non-life / P&C claims and the end-to-end claims value chain. Experience in motor, property, casualty, commercial or specialty claims is particularly relevant
- Experience leading client-facing workstreams or projects and managing multidisciplinary teams, delivery plans, risks, dependencies, quality and stakeholder expectations
- A track record in claims process redesign, target operating model, core claims implementation, digital claims, operational improvement, automation, data or AI-enabled transformation
- Practical understanding of AI in claims, including appropriate use cases, data dependencies, limitations, human-in-the-loop controls, explainability, monitoring and responsible adoption. Hands-on AI engineering is not required
- Ability to build a credible business case and connect technology changes to claims economics and operational KPIs
- Working knowledge of core insurance capabilities across policy, billing, underwriting, distribution and finance, and how they interact with claims
- Experience with business analysis and solution design methods, such as requirements elicitation, process mapping, operating model design, user stories, BPMN or functional specifications
- Understanding insurance technology landscapes, integrations, APIs, data flows, and modern core platforms. The role is platform-agnostic, so knowledge of Guidewire, EIS, Sapiens, Duck Creek or similar platforms is an advantage rather than a mandatory requirement

- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and advise senior stakeholders
- Commercial mindset, including experience contributing to proposals, estimates, pricing or account development
