About the Role
Join Sonova Consumer Hearing / Sennheiser as a Senior Controlling Specialist supporting entities across the EMEA region. You will manage GL accounting and month-end close, ensure IFRS compliance, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements while partnering with the Shared Service Center.
What You'll Do
- Manage GL accounting and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and collaborate with Corporate Controlling.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Work closely with the Shared Service Center while retaining ownership of reporting and reconciliations.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in GL accounting, reporting, or audit.
- Experience in an international or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
- Good Excel and ERP skills (JDE is a plus).
- Fluent English plus French/ or Danish/ or Swedish.
