About the Role As a Senior Contract Analyst at ICON, you will design and analyze contracts related to clinical trials and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality trials. What You'll Do
- Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements related to clinical trials and vendor agreements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex contractual issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).
