Key responsibilities

Translate business priorities into commercial and consulting delivery plans.

Lead opportunity qualification, proposals, bids and client relationship development.

Oversee consulting assignments, milestones, budgets, service quality and reporting.

Coordinate retainership performance, renewals, delivery risks and service improvement.

Supervise business development personnel and collaborate with project teams.

Candidate requirements

Demonstrated senior-level consulting, advisory or programme leadership experience.

Evidence of winning business, leading multidisciplinary assignments and retaining clients.

Strong proposal writing, commercial judgement, leadership and performance reporting skills.
