About the Role
Join Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team at the forefront of enterprise technology, helping clients improve performance and transform assets and operations. As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Asset Management team, you will lead the design and implementation of EAM capabilities on a ServiceNow platform and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management capabilities on an existing ServiceNow platform
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture, solution design, and development plans
- Create development timelines, sequencing plans, and delivery estimates for platform enhancements and implementation activities
- Guide junior developers through configuration, development, testing, and deployment across the delivery lifecycle
- Partner with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to support solution decisions, risk management, and implementation outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or enhancing ServiceNow solutions
- Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or IT Asset Management processes in ServiceNow
- Experience creating solution architecture, technical design documentation, and development estimates or timelines for platform initiatives
- Experience leading developers or coordinating technical work across implementation or enhancement projects
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into platform configuration or development tasks
- Ability to travel 0–25%, on average, based on client engagements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Nice to Have
- Active Secret Clearance or higher preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Experience working on ServiceNow implementations in a large enterprise environment
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, or platform release management in ServiceNow
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $119,000 to $218,300 annually (USD)
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program, subject to rules and performance
