About the Role Deloitte’s Finance Transformation group is seeking a Senior Consultant to partner with the CFO and Finance leadership. You will help design and execute programs that define the future of finance, drive workstreams within large-scale Finance transformations, and help create a human-led, AI-powered finance ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Support workstreams within Finance-wide transformations and strategic initiatives, gather/analyze information, formulate/test hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations
- Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and influence senior Finance leadership
- Develop, own, and modify detailed models for analyses
- Present findings to senior Finance stakeholders and help implement recommendations
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts across the firm
- Identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and support realignment of Finance to realize strategic opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Organizational Transformation, or Strategy Consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Limited travel required (approximately 10-20%), with ability to work remotely when not co-locating with team/client stakeholders; travel 0-10% on average based on work
- Ability to travel only as needed
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
- Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple time-sensitive projects
- Familiarity with AI tools to increase efficiency across the workstream
Nice to Have
- Prior experience at a Big 4 or consulting firm
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure issues and determine recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits
- The wage range is determined by factors including skill, experience, licensure, and business needs. A geographic differential may apply based on location. The exact range is not disclosed here.
