Senior Consultant, Strategic Initiatives and Continuous Improvement
Senior Consultant, Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across HR Operations. The role partners closely with HR Services, Payroll, Centres of Excellence, HR Technology and other key stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize processes, systems, and operating models. This individual will lead projects from inception through implementation, applying data-driven insights, to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, partner experience, quality, compliance, and risk management.
