About the Role Senior Program Manager on the Dell Technologies Professional Services team in Warsaw, leading governance and delivery of large, complex AI transformation programs across Dell products and services. Responsible for charter, roadmap, interdependencies, risk management, and executive-level communication to ensure successful ROI-driven deployments. What You'll Do
- Lead the establishment of program governance and delivery QA to ensure quality artifacts and deliverables.
- Oversee projects in the portfolio and guide project managers to deliver on time, within budget, and to customer and company satisfaction.
- Establish and manage RAID, change control, and status communications to customers and Dell Technologies leadership.
- Serve as single point of contact for executive/management communications to ensure strong relationships with customers, sales, and delivery teams.
- Act as a role model, provide coaching, and earn trusted-advisor status with customers, driving trust and value.
- Lead and manage the Program Office for Dell Technologies for largest customers. What We're Looking For
- Mastery of program and project delivery methods.
- Successful track record in complex IT services delivery programs (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-year).
- Experience operating in complex, matrix environments; ability to work with distributed teams and across multiple management levels.
- Internal and external thought leadership; global experience; self-motivated, hands-on, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- 15+ years of leadership of projects, programs, and consulting; strong problem-solving skills.
- Omni-Mode, Omni-Channel communicator with grit; Polish and English communication skills.
