As a Senior Consultant in the Post Trade Consulting team you will have responsibility for delivering high-quality client projects within Capital Markets You will be providing consulting business analysis and project management services to clients supported by early career analysts and leveraging the knowledge and expertise of our experienced industry Subject Matter Experts SMEs

You will demonstrate expertise and help guide less experienced members of the project delivery team

What you will do

• Contribute to projects bringing your knowledge of the challenges of Capital Markets and largescale change
• Contribute to projects bringing your experience of how firms have tackled familiar challenges
• Contribute to the broader practice via knowledge sharing supporting marketing and business development efforts

About you

Either financial services consulting or change experience within a financial services organization eg investment bank asset manager market infrastructure or service provider

Knowledge of several of the following topics

• Project management
• Business analysis
• Trade and transaction reporting including regulations such as MiFID II EMIR CFTC ASIC and MAS including the latest rewrites and refits
• Post Trade Processing

CSDR regulation for Accelerated Settlements

Regulatory change Financial Market Infrastructure Data and analytics Controls

Process reengineering Target Operating Model Business Strategy Operations Transformation Technology Transformation Good understanding of capital markets related trends and regulatory landscape Detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area

• The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90000- 120000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. • In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
